We believe every visit should earn you a "treat." Our loyalty program is designed to reward your consistency and care.
How it Works
Earn Points: You earn 1 point for every $1 spent on services and retail.
Automatic Tracking: No need for a physical card! Your points are linked directly to your phone number or email address in our system.
Redemption: Once you hit specific milestones (e.g., 200 points), you can redeem them for discounts on grooming, boarding, or boutique treats.
How to Check Your Balance
You can check your current point standings by:
Asking at the Front Desk: Our staff can pull up your profile in seconds.
Checking Your Receipt: Your remaining balance is usually printed at the bottom of your latest transaction.
Client Portal: Log in to our website/app to see your "Rewards" dashboard.
🎁 Gift Cards
Give the gift of a pampered pet! Paw Palace gift cards are the perfect surprise for birthdays, "gotcha" days, or holidays.
Purchasing a Gift Card
In-Palace: Pick up a physical gift card at our front desk.
Digital Cards (E-Gifts): Purchase online via our website. These are sent instantly via email to the recipient (or to you to print out).
How to Redeem
To use your gift card, simply present the physical card or the digital QR code at the time of checkout.
Note: Gift cards can be used for any service—from a royal bath to a long-term stay—as well as any items in our retail shop.
❓ Frequently Asked Questions
Do my loyalty points expire? Points remain active as long as you have visited the Palace within the last 12 months. After a year of inactivity, points may expire.
Can I use a gift card and loyalty points at the same time? Absolutely! You can apply your loyalty discount and pay the remaining balance with a gift card.
What happens if I lose my physical gift card? Please treat your gift card like cash. However, if the card was registered to your account at the time of purchase, reach out to us and we will do our best to track the balance.
