By MRT: We are an 8-minute walk from Tiong Bahru MRT (EW17).
By Car: Parallel street parking is available along Eng Hoon Street, or you can use the Tiong Bahru Market multi-storey car park.
Pet Taxis: If you are arriving via GrabPet or Tada, we have a designated sheltered drop-off point directly in front of our entrance.

Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Sunday & Public Holidays: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Pick-up and Drop-off only)

💡 Royal Tip: Planning a staycation for your pet during Chinese New Year or the December School Holidays? We recommend booking at least 2 months in advance via our portal as our suites fill up fast!
🚑 After-Hours Emergencies
If your pet is currently boarding with us and there is an urgent matter outside of lobby hours:
For Owners: Please call our 24-hour emergency line at +65 9123 9999.
Medical Care: Our overnight staff is trained in pet first aid and will transport pets to the nearest 24-hour emergency vet (e.g., Beecroft or VES) if immediate care is required.
